June to Sep would be the rainiest months. But it can and will rain any day of the week.
Plus, Alaska is about 663,268 sq mi (1,717,854 km2), not including water space. So you may see sunshine at one place and freeze your bottom off at another.
Last time we went, it rained non stop for two days in Seward and we had to cancel the fishing trip. And while we had excellent weather in Denali at noon, it changed to heavy cloud at 2PM so our glacier flight was cut short.
But one thing for sure, it will be very cold and windy on open sea. You will not spend too much time outside anyway.
