今天在travelodge注册了号，然后在上面订了2天住宿，156磅，用信用卡付款了，信用卡的划款短信已经出了。
可是确认的mail也没有，预订界面也显示预订没有成功，再次登陆注册的my travelodge 预订信息什么都没有了，怎么办啊！

Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the Booking you have recently attempted to make via our website.
During the authorisation process, the banking acquirer sets aside the correct amount of money to ensure it is available when the payment is completed this is moved to a holding account. Once the transaction has been completed the monies are removed from the holding account & paid into the Travelodge bank account.
On this occasion, as the reservation(s) failed to complete successfully (and therefore no Booking provided to you), the monies were never requested by Travelodge and have remained in the holding account. Once your bank sees that the money will not be requested, the monies held in holding account are returned back to the card debited normally within 5 days.
This procedure is part of a banking process and is beyond the control of Travelodge Hotels. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the reversal of the holding payment

我昨天也在Travelodge 预订房间，已经注册了，付款也付了好几次了，可是一直没收到确认邮件。

貌似并没有预定上
你也可以再跟信用卡公司确认下
一般信用卡结付不会当天就划走的
如果说已经确实划走，信用卡的帐单上会有，可以拿这个凭证再找travelodge的客服说明

定房没收到确认，这个最好写信给客服，他们通常可以通过信用卡信息确认一下的，我以前定机票，搞不清到底成功了没有，老是出错，后来就写电邮去问了
我也在travelodge上面订了房间，不过很顺利呀，没出什么问题。
