请问CEBU支付成功，两天又被退款，票还在么？

明年九月的票，刷了一上午才买到。系统里是Confirm的状态，行程单也出了。

昨天又给我发邮件，说是款又被退回银行，flight could not be authenticated。

邮件的意思是说还会保留这个票，明年旅行的时候在机场支付就可以了么？万一假请好了，我从北京过去了，发现不成。。

今儿打上海的电话，他们让我打去马尼拉问问，暂时没打，担心英文沟通不清楚。

有达人遇到过这种情况么？帮我解答解答，先谢过啦~~


邮件全文如下：

Your transaction was immediately processed according to the airline’s policy regarding credit card payments. Unfortunately, after exercising diligent efforts, the credit card used to book your flight could not be authenticated.


In view thereof, we would like to inform you that your transaction was invalidated and we were constrained to place your Booking (Reference No. ZYKIXT) on hold.


Should you wish to continue with the flight, you may pay at any ticket office near you or at the airport upon check-in.
