这是我刚刚定的酒店给的约定，英语不灵光得我看得头晕，麻烦英语达人帮助看看，有没有什么陷阱，费用我已付了，最主要是红字段，再次感谢！

By clicking on the "Confirm and Pay" button, you are consenting to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Rates and Packages offered herein are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.



*

Where applicable, inclusion/s in the rates offer and/or packages are indicated accordingly, otherwise rate is based on room only.

Confirmation of room/s is subject to availability at point of payment.

No. of occupant : Standard Single (12sqm) : 1 person, Standard Double (13sqm) : 2 person, Superior Twin (13.9sqm) : 2 person, Superior Triple (23sqm) : 3 person

Any portion of the services bought and not utilised upon check in is not refundable.

Check in time is 2.m and check out time is 12 noon. Advance buy-in on pre-arranged earlier check in is defined at before 2, late check out is defined as after 12 and before 6 pm. Any unutilised amount is not refundable.

Each block of time for early check or late check is based on per 2-hour.

The rebate value for Late Check-in after 9 and Early Check out by 9 am shall be restricted herewith for the access of your room as per the time prescribed.

Any change of arrival/departure date is considered a cancellation. Cancellations and amendments are to be made online.





*

Any cancellation/s or amendment made is subjected to a fifty (50%) per cent of the 1st night's rate on each room booked.



*

Cancellations and amendments made within 48hours of arrival will attract a per room per night's charge based on the 1st night's rate.

In the event of non-arrival on the day, a full charge on each room booked shall be imposed to a maximum of 2 nights based on the first 2 nights' rate.

Unexpected departure after check-in (short stay), a charge of 1 night is applicable on the balance of the unused length of stay.

Refund - Kindly be advised any refund due shall be credited to your credit card statement within thirty (30) days from the date of submitting the documents for processing.





*

Any unutilised amount except for clause 8 to 12 as per prescribed terms, is not refundable.
