请英文好的tx帮忙,有关expedia的反馈，9月27日，圆

上个月经历了expedia的赠券不能用又转而可以使用后，生怕expedia很快就会后悔，于是第一时间用40的券定了bali的ramada。结果一时紧张，出现了疏忽，把原本10月27日订成了8月27日，没有更改月份选项！立即用网络电话联系expedia，接线生很nice，但表示他们规定是不能更改日期的，但在我的请求下，他答应帮我问问。第二天，接到他的电话，他说还是没办法，酒店那边不同意更改日期，并说如果酒店方同意即可。于是立即mail联系酒店，酒店也nice，告诉我她帮我协调expedia，同意给我更改时间。可是，快到8月27日了，我查看expedia的帐户还是显示原来的时间。后来想想算了，损失也就80rmb，毕竟是我自己的疏忽造成的，这事也就没想了。可是前几天又收到一封来自hotels.com的mail，说是需要我的信用卡信息，又说可以给我退款，这几封邮件我怎么也琢磨不出具体的意思，不敢直接电话过去有怕更搞不清，所以请tx们帮我看看他的意思，给我点建议。

第一封：

We do apologize for the inconvience. Expedia is willing to issue you a refund for your previous reservation on August 27. However, you would need to logon our Expedia UK site and book the new reservation. As long as you rebook within our network we can waive your previous reservation on August 27th as a one time courtesy. Please feel free to book with our sales agents. I tried calling the telephone number that we have on file for you and could not get and answer. We can not book this reservation without your credit card information. Please feel free to contact me direct at 1-866-430-4981 Extention 3265 and my name is Phyllis. Our lodging operations department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week including Holidays.

The new reservation does have to be booked before a credit can be issue for the previous reservation.


我的疑问是退款并没有到帐，是不是他的意思是我给他一个预定号，然后我只需给他信用卡信息但不用扣钱，等于算是更改日期了；还是说我必须先全价付款定10月的酒店，再给我退款？


最新反馈，前几天收到信用卡对帐单，发现有一笔7英镑的退款，确认是expedia的退款。后又无意进入expedia的网站，发现我有个未付款的预定，开始很纳闷，我没有预定过阿。点进去一看，expedia为我预定好了7英镑的新的预定，立即付款，只是价格涨到了8英镑，这个可以忽略了，我已经非常满意了！严重表扬expedia，诚实守信！
