Isis Bungalows hotel in Bohol

看了很多帖子,都说这家酒店的性价比比较高,所以想订,但是不知道他们的ROOMS是否能在房间里看到海景,还有酒店里是否有免费的游泳池,从图片上看好像是没有的,2000P/ROOM是否还可以还价如果是10月中旬过去的话,看介绍好像要用信用卡做担保的,请住过的朋友帮忙详细介绍一下这家酒店,谢谢!
如果还有更好的酒店也请介绍一下,薄荷和长滩的都要,谢谢了.

The interior and exterior of this hotel maybe nice. However, they require 50% deposit of your total bill (reservation) which is fine with me if they would have accepted a credit card. A few days ago, I requested (called and emailed them) for a family room reservation. The lady I spoke to was Maryanne. She insisted on 50% cash deposit and would not accept my credit card to pay the deposit. I've read many hotel reviews of many hotels in Panglao Island and found out that many tourist did not get the room they reserved (given a cheaper room) after they paid a deposit. I was born and raised in Bohol, have been to may places in the Phil., and very aware of many lousy business tricks anywhere in the country. Unless if you are staying with an American hotel (none in Bohol Island) you may not get the service you wanted. Every time I come and visit Phil. I have to deal with business people trying all kinds of tricks just to get your money. Do not pay cash if the hotel asks for a deposit. If you don't get the service or the room you booked, you are screwed. If you have booked with a credit card already dispute the bill with your credit card company if you did not get the room you reserved and service you wanted. Just keep a copy of your hotel itinerary, any correspondences with the hotels (emails or faxes), and receipts. It is not necessary to reserve for a room in any Panglao Island hotels specially on Alona beach. There are many hotels there to choose from when you get there. My suggestion is to get a list of hotels from that beach online and read the reviews. This way you could choose from the hotels with good reviews.

这是一家于2005年由瑞士人开的小型酒店，位置正处Alone Beach的中间地段，走几步就是沙滩和大海，面朝大海还有它家的专做泰国菜的Isis Restaurant，很优越的地理位置。
Isis 一共只有12间房间，有4间rooms，在底楼，房间号码是9~12，其中NO.9这一间不大好，因为旁边就是ISIS Restaurant的厨房，有油烟味道而且有点噪杂。4间Standard bungalows ，房间号码是1~4，也在底楼，NO.1的位置最好，有海景，不过相对私密性也差，窗外人来人往。有2间Deluxe bungalows，适合3个人住，在楼上了，房间号码是5~6；另外剩下的两间就是Family bungalows，适合4个人住，房间号码是7~8，NO.8是ISIS中位置最好的一间，房间有270度海景的视野，也在二楼。

Isis Bungalows非常热门，我提前一个月都没订到，你就别想讲价了吧，他们房间很少，应该不愁卖，本身来说在alona海滩这家的性价比已经是非常高的了。
