在意铁上预订了票但是不能付款急！

预订好票子，收到RESERVATION CONFIRM的EMAIL， 然后有完成购票的说明，如下：

Using your PRN (GSX3ER), you can complete the purchase :


- in cash at SISAL offices*

- at a Bancomat ATM of the Unicredit network*(this method can be used by customers who have a bancomat card issued by any bank).

- in cash or with a bancomat card at the Self Service machines (directly in the Ticket Office only if there are no Self Service machines).

- through the Customer Area at Trenitalia.com making payment by credit card.

- at the 3400 affiliated* Travel Agencies (using cash, bancomat or credit card).


我想网上信用卡支付，点击“Customer Area”，跳出的页面永远是“该页无法显示”。打意铁上的Call center电话，800年都没人接。另外，看不懂最后一点“at the 3400 affiliated travel agencies”。怎么办啊？？？我急啊！！！！！！！有好人心知道的吗
