瑞士跨国夜车如何订

我买了InterRail Pass，听说订国际线都要预订位子，但是上了瑞士网站Order了从苏黎世到维也纳的票，他们也把价钱发给了我。之后就不知道怎么操作了，发邮件给火车公司，他们说需要电话订，还说这种夜车很好订，意思是说到了瑞士再订也不晚嘛？

求有经验的人帮忙～
