请帮忙看看这个酒店预订条款

看了好几个酒店预订取消仍收费的帖子，所以订的时候特别仔细地看了。下面这个是York一家guest house的预订信息里的条款，请各位帮忙看看，这个到底取消收不收费的，因为第一句说提前7天取消不收费，第二句又说要收75%，多谢！
