但是接着我又订VENICE到FLORENCE的票，VISA确不能付款了，邮件如下：

不知道大家有没有遇到过这样的问题，应该如何解决呢？另外最后那个tax code number是什么意思呢，应该不会是免税代码吧？


初次以外还想问问大家有没有租车的经验，我查了很多租车的网站，实在不明白为什么在意大利租车要那么贵，一天要差不多100欧左右，在德国租车也就30-50欧一天。大家有没有什么便宜租车网站的介绍
