national express is for coach, normally slower, and cheapter, if you are not in a hurry. National Rail.com is for trains, and normally it will give you an overview of the train services and prices, and will divert you to different company for purchase, such as Virgin or Crosscountry.

Young person card can be used to get discount for trains, therefore it will be useful for Nationalrail. You can get student discount card for National Express as well, but they are different.

我一般是在national rail或者是the train line上面订～好像National Express也可以订火车票，但是我不太常去那订火车，基本都是去订Coach票。

如果你在订票的时候选择了你有YP Card，那么显示的价钱就是折后的价钱了，所以不会在这个基础上再打折了。

虽然National Express也可以订火车票，但那个系统我一直没太搞明白，所以火车票都是在National Rail上买的，Coach票都在Express上买。而且如果在网上预订票的话，应该就没有Y-P的折扣了。
