我4月在trainline 上用信用卡订火车票了。订完票后好像显示要不要填表，好像填表那个网站是：shopperdiscounts.co.uk。填表后下次买票就可以享受15磅的折扣。当时就填表了，表上也没说会扣钱。而且后来我又买火车票也没有看到给我15磅的在折扣，觉得很奇怪。今天收到信用卡账单，发现5月10号shopperdiscounts.co.uk从我信用卡扣了10磅钱，这个是怎么回事呢？怎么从来没给过我折扣还扣我钱呢？我担心是不是不小心进入什么消费陷阱了，以后会不会每个月扣我钱啊？

Dont' worry. It happened to me as well. Just call the customer service at shopperdiscounts.co.uk and they will refund the full amount to you as long as your membership is within 3 months and you haven't used your discount benefit.
