我是慕尼黑机场进出，在瑞士想买手表，瑞士虽然加入申根，算欧盟么？我是在瑞士退税还是也在慕尼黑机场退呢？

Please be advised that when exporting a goods out of Switzerland, you need to ask the train officer to stamp the refund form, sign it and write the number of the train on it. Then you will post the form with the train ticket and a cover letter to our office in Switzerland as soon as you leave Switzerland and if possible, via certified mail.
If you do not manage to get the validation by a train officer, contact the neareat swiss ambassy /consulate/ in your country and obtain a official swiss stamp on the refund form. There is a time limit for a customs validation 1 month from an issuing date. Then just post the refund form to us.

ls说的不对，瑞士买的东西要在出瑞士的时候就办理，在慕尼黑机场是不接受的。瑞士不是欧盟国，德国只退欧盟的税。

说的没错，上个星期刚回来，在罗马退得税，旁边有个人在瑞士买的东西在罗马就不可以退。
