我在上海，刚去英国参加了个培训，回来发现文件中有个案例看不懂，GOOGLE也查不到，急请大伙帮忙：
“The 4th Emergency service”这句口号是不是英国AA道路维修公司提的？

they call themselves the 4th emergency service because people call 999 for FIRE, POLICE and AMBULANCE. however, 999 also gives access to COAST GUARD,which most people tend to forget (so did the AA).
AA think they are the 4th emergency service you'll need besides fire, police and ambulance. but people dont think so which proves it to be a piece of crap and results in the sudden death of it.
