紧急求助！！！STUDENT AGENCY扣了2次钱！

因为是捷克语，所以第一次订票的时候信息有误，在收到ETICKET后就通过网络取消了--第2次订的是同一个座位，所以我认为的确是取消了的
后来就顺利订了第2次。
可是昨天查银行账户，居然扣了2次钱……
给网页下面的那个邮箱发信，没有回音……

白白听了几分钟鸟语加音乐
明天就要去布拉格了
难道一定要到卖票点解决这个问题么？？
明明写了网上可以取消的……

我遇到同样的问题。给他写信，回了。
我说“I didn't travel by that ticket and " there is no reservation anymore - it is open", so I don't think I should pay that.
I don't think you should charge me if I have cancelled it before travel.”
他说“yes, but it is cancellation of the reservation on the ticket, not the whole ticket.”
必须“It is not unfortunately possible ro cancell whole ticket online, but when you will come to Czech Republic, you can cancell it in some STUDENT AGENCY shop.”

安慰下．完全不知道怎么处理这个情况．就是当时在那里买票时候和他们沟通真的是吃力．只能表示同情下。另外就是清醒下我当时定票没出意外
