情侣去办理签证的问题

我和GF准备5月初过去香港签证，我们还没有领证，看到之前有前辈们发的帖子说要户口亲属关系证明，想问下，我和GF还没有结婚是否需要一些证明我们是稳定情侣关系的资料。另外，香港领事馆的签证官是中国人还是外国人？中国人的话可以用中文和我交流吗？谢谢大家的答复

Will be considered for a general visitor visa. A bond or Limited Purpose visa may be issued to manage the risk that the non NZ resident/citizen will not return to their country of origin. Credibility of sponsor and applicant both key. Evidence of any prior communication should be provided.
