Help: should we go to Port Arthur or not?

I would appreciate your suggestions on Port Arthur to make our decision!


The problem is the day will start from 10AM earliest from Hobart airport. In the following 5 days, my friends and me are planning to explore Tas along its west coast to Launceston. We would like to see national parks and pretty towns. Can anybody give comments on whether/how Port Arthur can fit in the day with Hobart?
