请问申请退ryan refund机场check in费用时，是否要提

我在机场被迫交钱check in。Ryan的工作人员给了我一张纸条，叫我以后申请退款。我按字条上写的，写明航班号和时间及路线，就寄了过去。半个多月了都没回音。
我在想，是不是因为我在申请退款的信里，没有写明自己的信用卡号。可是我买机票是用信用卡的，ryan应该有记录呀。
请退款成功的长老现身说明一下，当时你们是否在要求里写了信用卡号？我需要重新写信么？
