意大利铁路订票支付出现问题，被冻结？

请问各位游四海旅游er，我订票的时候已经输入完毕信用卡的号码，然后网站突然说由于安全原因把这个交易冻结了，那我的钱有没有被扣啊？急死了，给他们写信也没有人回答我。谢谢各位！
