请问美国出海关的问题！！！

本人12月25日到美国，飞机到HOUSTON-IAH是早上05 ，然后需要立即转机去纽约，飞NEW YORK LGA的时间是06 ，请问我需要在HOUSTON出海关还是在纽约出海关？如果在休斯敦出海关，我能赶上去纽约的飞机嘛？两张机票是同一家航空公司联程的。如果赶不上，航空公司会给我免费换到后一班航班嘛？我的机票是CONTINENTAL的

Inbound:(to US)
1)Normally, the pax on international flights into USA will clear customer service at the first airport they arrive at. Then you have to hand your checked luggage back to the airlines.
2)If you miss the connection, you will be put on the late flight to your destination.
If your connection flight is on a different airline, you don't need worry, because there is
an "inter line" agreement among the most major airlines.(not Southwest Airlines)
outbound:(Depart from US):
1)Your luggage will be checked to your final international destination.
2)If you have a connection within the US, you don't need re-check your luggage at the connection airport. Inter line agreement also applies.
If your flight is delayed, your international flight may wait for awhile till you get on the plane, depending the situation.
3)Your international departure reocrd is collected by the last airport you will be at before leaving the US. Certainly, if you have B2,F1 visa, you will hand in your I-94, if you have I-551, you don't have anything to give up.

你的checkin是直接到休斯顿的，到了美国不用再checkin.你下飞机（第一站），过immigration,拿行李，出海关，然后马上就有再把行李再托运的地方。

There is no need to re-check your luggage when you leave US. You can just show them your itinerary at LGA and they should check your luggage all the way to your final destinataion.

美國沒有離境檢查，就算是不同航空公司，你的行理直掛的話也是不用拿行理的哦。到終點站去拿就好了。

啊~~我刚好也想问下这个问题 如果我是国际航班先到CA 有行李托运了
这个时候需要转机到LA(也就是说转成美国境内的类型) 我之前托运的行李需要我重新提出 再托运么？还是说只要我办理入境，托运的行李会自动转托到国内航线的飞机上？

IAH清关. 这么早应该没什么问题, 抓紧时间, 只要不翻箱倒柜查你行李就行.
RE-CHECK行李时, 如果实在赶不上, 他们会帮你改下一航班的.
