还是意大利火车

我想订1月2号罗马到florence的票，上周查没有，今天晚上查，有早上9点的es，大喜。填了半天表，还注册了一下，研究了半天选车厢和坐位的事？（完全不知怎么选），到最后交钱时，系统说，你要的班次not available,请换班次，或改日期。连着改三次都不行。这是什么系统呀。
请问是系统问题，还是真的没票？

换着订florence 到venice的。结果用信用卡付款后，说不行，寄了一封信来。请问有这样付款的方式吗？太奇怪了吧。

- your User ID,
- a contact telephone number,
- the photocopy/scan of a valid identity document of the person associated to the User ID,
- the photocopy/scan of the tax code number
Within 48 hours you will receive the outcome of your request on your e-mail address.

意铁的系统真的很不好很不好。。。经常出现lz类似的各种问题。。。我也是好不容易才订好票。我用法国的信用卡付款几次都没有要求发这些信息，就是付款是要填了下下生日
常常在意铁上发生类似的事情，好像visa卡不是意大利的，差不多都会发生这样的情况
建议还是到了意大利在买票吧
