在rynair网站上预定总是declined？？？请高人指点？

我在巴黎BNP PARIBAS银行办了Visa electron，但是我在rynair网站上预定总是declined，只有1次给了confirmation number，但是2天了也没有收到邮件，payment：pending；在网站上查也查不到？？？
请高人指点！！！

From here you will see if the Booking status is either:
NOT CONFIRMED-This means we are still awaiting approval for the payment from the bank you should review the Booking again later to see if the flight is confirmed.
CONFIRMED-This means that the payment has been approved and an email travel itinerary will now be sent to the email address provided in the Booking at the time of reservation.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR Booking AND AN ERROR MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED - This means that the payment was not approved by the bank and the flights in the reservation have been cancelled.
From here you will see if the Booking status is either:
