HELP!WE WERE STEAL!WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

we came to barcelona today,but my friend were stolen as soon as we come!!!!Could you tell me what should we do?we call the bank try to cancel the card,but no one answer it ,maybe because today is weekend.we also call the chinese ambassador,there is also no one answer.should we call the police ,or there is any other way? are they speak english? cause we can not speak spanish!
