意大利火车票无法付款问题。

我用的是中行的长城信用卡。

买火车票付款后 弹出如下页面。

Dear Customer,

for security reasons it is not possible to proceed with payment:

the payment circuit has blocked in the transaction.

然后收到邮件。里面说我要给它传若干文件它才给我买票的权利之类的。


请问各位前辈这是什么情况。

PS 我刚才是试了好几次，每次情况不同。但是都不能成功付款。

在疑惑有没有可能已经把钱划去了。

是没收到确定的邮件就没有付款吧。问题比较傻， 谢谢大家了。
