连续去澳大利亚和新西兰时，准假信怎么写？

请问有经验的同学，我计划10月份去澳大利亚，接着去新西兰，然后会澳大利亚再回上海。具体是10月2日走，10月25日回来。


现在要办2个国家的签证，那么给2个国家的准假信里面怎么写日期呢？按照实际行程分开写么？


比如：我想送澳大利亚领事馆的准假信就写10/2-10/25号么？还是写10/2-10/19，然后10/24从新西兰回澳大利亚？


我先写了给AU领事馆的，其中一段是这么写的：

Ms. AAA has worked in our company since 2004. She will go on a tour to Australia from October 2nd ,2008 to October 25th,2008.


Ms. AAA herself will bear all the consequent cost of this travel. And our company will guarantee her return to China on schedule. Please kindly process her application at your earliest convenience.
