网上购买意大利国铁火车票付款出现问题

请教：
今天在意大利国铁网上购买火车票，到最后一步操作付款时，显示这个提示“An error occurred during the connection with the merchant. Please call the merchant. - Merchant not found.”。
请问有同学知道这是怎么回事吗？如何解决？

这个问题我都已经回答了无数次!以后买票一定要全部选好,一次付款!因为一般一张卡只能买一次,第二次要15-30天以后才能解禁!也许你的卡一次也不能买,那么对不起只能换卡再试!如果你的卡每次都能用,也是可能的:但也许是运气,也许有某种规律,但目前还未摸清这个规律.

我就是在游四海旅游上学习了很多遍，知道要全部订完票后再付款，我是这样操作的，但是在网上信用卡结帐时被提示错误。
