准备带宝宝去旅游，在美国，两岁宝宝坐车是否一定要用汽车安全座椅呀？如果必须的话，租车时可以都可以配到货吗？ 还有,如果坐ＴＡＸＩ怎么处理？ 能不能抱着啊?

Most American parents travel with car seats. You can check them in with the airlines. For infants that sleep in those, you do not have to check in the car seats.
Most taxi drivers may not take your kid if you do not have car seat. There will be huge liability issues should something happen to your kid.
You should reserve a car and car seat with your car rental company, or bring one yourself.
Do not take the chance.
