skyeurope的随身行李限制多少?要付钱么?

实在被skyeurope搞得很糊涂
现在知道拖运行李的话一件是5欧元
那么,如果随身携带的行李也需要付钱么?
估计自己会带一个行李箱(好像是20寸左右吧)
一个装了手提电脑的电脑包
和一个随身背的小包
应该一共加起来不会超过20公斤
我这种情况在行李选项该怎么选呢?

Cabin baggage
* SkyEurope allows strictly one piece of cabin baggage, which must not exceed the size of 55x40x20 cm and it must be light enough for the pasengers to place it safely in the overhead lockers without any assistance. Should the size of the cabin baggage exceed the aforesaid limits, the baggage will be carried in the baggage hold, and it will be considered as checked baggage.
* The following personal use items are carried free of charge in the customer cabin, provided that the customer keeps them with him/her and place them in the one piece of approved cabin baggage:
o a small sized handbag
o a laptop
o a mobile phone, camera, video camera and the accessories of these devices
o reading material
* Beside the approved one piece of cabin baggage a coat or blanket and crutches and orthopaedic devices for physically disabled customers are allowed only on board.
