楼主，您好哟，我最近在hostelbookers 上面定了一个维也纳的住宿,可是过了将近一个多星期都没有给我预定的确认信，但是他已经从我的信用卡上面划走Booking fee了，现在不知道怎么办好该怎么给他发邮件申诉这件事情呢？？O(∩_∩)O谢谢哈！！！

这个网站预定的房间怎么退啊？我订的旅馆说他们没办法退在线预定的，让我找网站。可是网站发给我的确认邮件写的退房条款是抵达前48小时找旅馆退……我很茫然，不知道该怎么办。

我也在纠结要不要定这个网站呢的房呢，怕到时候又想退比较麻烦。。

我去年用过的，没有Booking charge，事后还会给个邮件去评估他们这个网站的
