醒醒好，请推荐慕尼黑性价比好的hostel

我和我的同伙6月11日-12日打算住慕尼黑，我本人13-15日一个人住，看了很多前辈的精华贴和以前大家发的帖子，都没发现合适的住处。
我们希望是DOUBLE ROOM WITH PRIVATE WC AND SHOWER，13号以后我是SINGLE ROOM WITH PRIVATE。。。。

这是我收集到的两家, 好处离火车站近, 坏处是我也没住过.
1.在慕尼黑住的hostel：easy palace—city hostel。网址：www.easypalace.de 接受网上预定。交钱时不收卡，只收现金。Mix的房间14.90欧，非mix的房间17.90欧。
优点：1). 交通比较方便：公交车：从慕尼黑火车站坐58路，大概三站的样子，到Beeth…(不好意思，记不清了)下车。地铁：从火车站坐U4或U5两站到Odeonsplatz，换乘U3或U6三站到Goetheplatz下车。走路：从火车站南门出来，一直走15分钟就到了。
路口有一个电影院、一个麦当劳，马路对面有一个大邮局，从电影院和邮局之间的那条路走进去，不到2分钟就可以看到easy palace了。
2). 感觉比较干净：这个hostel原来好像是个hotel，所以基本所有的房间都是ensuit。也保留了hotel的一些习惯：房间的床单和被套每天都有人给你换，房间里的卫生间也比较干净。床很软，睡起来很舒服。
缺点：
1). 整个hostel只有一个厨房，小得不能再小，我一个人在里边都感觉转不过身来。有那种用电的灶，一个微波炉，一个特别破的电水壶。有不少盘子，但是好像只有两个勺，一把餐刀和一双筷子。（不过，火车站有那么多好吃的，也不贵，不能做饭也就罢了）。
2). 房间里没有locker，所有的locker都在一层。它的网站上说是免费的，我没问过，所以不能确认。
3).这是我觉得最怪的一点：每个房间只有一把钥匙，房间里谁先回来谁就拿着钥匙，出门前再交给服务台。我某次回来的时候，问服务台，被告知钥匙在楼上，跑到5楼，发现房门锁着，就又跑回一楼，接待的jj拿着备用钥匙又跟我上楼才把房门打开

2.Meininger City Hostel Munich: Landsberger Strasse 20
From the main train station, you can easily reach us:
- by walking the exit 'Bayerstrasse', turn to the right into Bayerstrasse. Follow the Bayerstrasse and then the Landsbergerstrasse till the number 20 (on the right handside). It is about 800 meters (9 minutes) from the main train station.
Using public transport you can reach:- the main train station in about 5 minutes.
City train: S1 - S8 (station Hackerbrücke). From there walk direction 'Festwiese' on the Grasserstrasse. Turn on the right into the Landsbergerstrasse. You will find us after 150 meters on the right handside.
Tram: 19 (Holzapfelstra遝)
The hostel is only 50 meters fron this stop.
3.Euro Youth Hotel, Munich: Senefelder Str.5
The EYH is in a quiet side street 2 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof (main train station).
Leave the HBF through the exit next to platform 11. Turn left and walk along Bayerstrasse for 50 yards. Turn right into SENEFELDERSTR. The hostel is 50 yards down on the left hand side.
How to get to the EURO YOUTH HOTEL
80 m from the train station in a quiet side street, 2 mins walk from the old town.
80 m from the station the Euro Youth Hotel couldn’t be easier to find. Leave the train station via the exit next to platform 11, turn left onto Bayerstrasse then take the first right into Senefelderstrasse. The EYH is number 5, 50 yards down on the left hand side.
From the airport take the s1 or s8 train to the Hauptbahnhof (main station), around 40 mins, and follow the above. It’s usually best to get a day pass for the whole network if you are going to make any other journeys that day. Partner tickets cost double but are valid for up to 5 people.
