急问用priceline竞标，信用卡出问题了！！

今天用一张信用卡在priceline竞boston的3星酒店，提交后，priceline显示：
'We're sorry but we were unable to authorize your credit or debit card and could not process this request. Your card has not been charged for Request Number 523-102-961-01.'
我又重新试了一次，依旧显示以上这条信息。 于是我就换了张信用卡，然后就成交了。
但是打电话问了之前使用失败信用卡的银行，被告知信用卡有2笔交易，各被扣了1美元的预付款？
这种情况谁碰到过？现在刚刚向priceline发了email，在问这种情况
