关于benelux里的interrail pass，顺便附个tipps

看到前面一个帖子里女王有提到的interrail pass，有3点不太明白：

1，里边有句话This Pass is not available for non-Europeans and not valid in the country of residence for residents of one of these 3 countries. 这里的non－Europeans是只什么？我和同游的朋友都是在德国读书的大学生，呆了超过两年了，可以买这种票吗？

2，关于youth的2等车厢通票。‘Youth’ travellers are those travellers aged 12 up to and including 25 years of age on the first day. 我的一个朋友4月30号26周岁生日，那是不是说若是买3天通票，只要选择的3天里的第一天是4月29号，就可以用这个通票？（比如选4月29号，5月1号和5月2号）

3，关于“天”的定义，是零点到23：59吗？还是别的时段？


补一个tipps，相信大家都发现了女王节当天阿姆的住宿几乎已经不可能找到了，可以试试找卫星城市的住宿，比如ferret329告诉我的schiphol,haarlem,leiden,den haag这几个地方，还是有很多选择的。好歹得有个落脚的地方啊。
