新加坡签证紧急求助！！

本人是珠海的，我打算3月14号到新加坡自由行，机票都订了．前几天通过网上的SAVE　submit了签证申请，很快就批准了．昨天星期五下午到广州拿签证，但是派号的那个保安说必须提供 Form V39A才可以拿签证，因为 Notification Slip 上写着如下：


Please print a copy of this notification page and approach the Singapore Overseas Mission that you have chosen earlier for the collection of the visa to submit the original duly completed and signed Form 14 together with the applicant's passport with a validity of at least 6 months and the following documents (if required):

1) Passport size colour photo with dimensions 35mm X 45mm

2) Photocopy of local contact's Singapore Identity Card

3) 1 copy (original) of duly completed and signed Form V39A

4) A copy of your passport? s bio datapage. A set of duly completed and signed application Form14. Visa to be collected in person


那个人说是我网上申请的时候选错了，要我重新申请一次．但我确定我没选错，而且上面有个括号写着(if required)，那就是说不是必须要的啦．但我当时也不想跟他挣持下去，大不了再去一趟广州．

想请问各位有在网上申请新加坡签证的好心人，有没有过这样的经验？因为我的时间不多了，我只剩不到两个星期的时间去办签证了．本人也是第一次发帖，请各位帮忙帮忙！
