i totally agree. I got a fine at washington, close to Seattle, second degree speeding.

It says that it is non criminal, however, it will be upgraded to criminal if you dont pay it, which could be a problem for your visa next time if by any means they can track you down.

If your fine is big, go to the court, probably you can get some waiver. Otherwise, just make a money or a check to the county.

your case, and pay the fine.
