关于新加坡网签的疑问

我今天的新加坡网签批下来了，35天多次往返。在同意书最后注明同意签注申请的有效期内为一个月。我的理解是在1个月内去领取签注都有效，是这样吗？
那么，我的签证有效期是从今日起35日内到新加坡有效，还是从我领取签证之日起35日内有效呢？
以上两个问题，麻烦各位长老回答一下，不胜感激！！！

We are pleased to inform you that a multiple journey visa valid for 5 weeks from the date of approval for a short stay per entry is approved-in-principle subject to the verification of documents to be submitted at the time of collection of the visa.
Please print a copy of this notification page and approach the Singapore Overseas Mission that you have chosen earlier for the collection of the visa to submit the original duly completed and signed Form 14 and Letter of Introduction together with the applicant's passport with a validity of at least 6 months and the following documents (if required):
Photocopy of local contact's Singapore Identity Card
1 copy (original) of duly completed and signed Form V39A
Please submit original and copy of household register. Applicant should submit original documents in person for verification before 2pm on work days. Visa collection is from 4pm to 4.30pm daily.
You may wish to visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website for information on the operating hours of the Singapore Overseas Missions that you have chosen for the collection of the visa.
Note: Please note that if the required documents submitted are not in order or if there is any discrepancy in the information declared, the visa issuing authority has every right to refuse the issue of the visa.
This approval is valid for 1 month from the date of submission.

我在网上看，一般现在签2年多次的很多啦，而且我又是重庆签发的护照，应该说签2年的机会蛮大的，谁知道。。。哎！长得端正一点也会受歧视？不知道下次再签的时候签两年的机会大不大，如果签证官看到我出入境记录良好的话！
顺便再问一个问题，我选择的是去广州领签证。不知道我下午直接去递材料，当场就可以得到签证呢,还是说上午递材料，下午拿签证或第二天拿签证，我必须要请好假啊。谢谢长老啦！ 8-)

我可以很确切地告诉你，有效期是从你领取签证那天算起。但必须再批准之后的一个月内去使馆递材料把签证领取回来。
楼主似乎是PPMM？
似乎这种35天一次的签证只批给女生以及东北一些地方的人。一般情况即使申请的是一次有效也会给两年多次。
