B2的签证可以从SAN DIEGO到MEXICO的TIJUANA吗?

荷兰绿卡,一年多次往返的美国B2签证,没办理MEXICO的签证,这种情况下往返SAN DIEGO与MEXICO的TIJUANA之间有没有问题呢?

去那是不需要墨西哥签证的, 其他地方除了持有美国绿卡的,都需要办旅游签证.
