我怎么游欧洲？

我现在除国语外，只会半调子的英语。
手头的钱也不是很多，我想在明年的2至4月间到欧洲去玩半个月，那个时候我能拿出3W左右，请问一下，我这样能去吗？
能玩那些地方，在就是这三个月里玩那些地方比较合适？
还有就是想能结伴前去就更好了。

3万人民币大概相当于3000欧元。节省点的话，100欧元/天，加上1万人民币的机票/火车/大巴钱（中国到欧洲和欧洲内部），应该差不多。
