阿尔罕布拉宫网上门票 购买成功 但没有扣款

官网上买票-- 输入卡--无误后--点支付---跳出‘支付成功，即将发送邮件到指定邮箱'
但是, 之后没有收到任何邮件，银行卡也没有扣款信息。

之后再买票，貌似也不能买了，选择时间段后，跳到下面这个界面：
The session time to make the purchase is complete.
If you were confirming purchase your tickets, please check your purchase .
You can return to the beginning and look for other tickets for the cinema , theater , music , sports and much more .
Sorry for the disturbances.

你好，请问，我刚刚订票也是遇到了这样的问题。支付后，没有显示成功，发送邮件字样，直接就是下面的文字
El tiempo de sesión para realizar la compra ha finalizado.
Si estabas confirmando la compra de tus entradas, por favor verifica tu compra .
Puedes volver al inicio y buscar otras entradas para el cine , teatro , música , deporte y mucho más .

应该和你的英语是一个问题，目前没有扣款，没有邮件，垃圾箱也没有，该怎么办。。。

然后我现在再买票 他就会让我check purchase， 点进去后显示的是 —— In the following cases you will need the card with which you bought the tickets， 下面是一片空白。。。。

是蛮奇怪的。那你收到邮件confirmation了么， 那个带purchase reference的邮件？你能用这个reference进去查订单状态么
也可能扣款晚了~ 可能这两天才来扣也说不定。



如果能收到确认邮件应该是买成功了，关键是你的信用卡，有些银行信用卡会延迟时间较长，我当时使用建行的信用卡，购买日期是5月19日，入帐日期是5月23日，关注你的信用卡吧

Ticketmaster应该是即时扣款的，有可能信用卡验证成功，但扣款失败。如果确认银行卡这边没有扣款，那么就再买一次。

稍后再查，境外支付有延时，加上时差可能要等1-2天。

请问现在扣款成功了吗 我刚准备买票。。
