法国巴黎酒店霸王条款，booking的人根本不管用，

I am so sorry what happened in your city in Paris. What a beautiful place to go. I was looking forward to go there . But now , I am so afraid to go Paris now . In my opinion, Paris is a romantic place and people are living in Paris all kind and friendly. I can’t imagine what did they do in those following pictures) that’s horrible and terrifying to me :( ,and i also get a lot of informations for our chances embassy . maybe next time after turmoil i guess !
Though I had canceled my huge Bookings with respect to your business, still as I managed to get another Booking, I would appreciate some soft corner for me being penalised with 10% loss of Booking charges. I would be really grateful if you can be considerate enough to refund me the full amount for the cancellation; or at least reduce the percentage further to help me.my confirmation number is 1000000000, my phone number is 000000000

你订的时候订的是可取消还是不可取消的这才是关键。
不可取消的话你还要违约那是你的问题啊。没人有义务为你的担心买单。。如果本身是可免费取消且未过时限，那在Booking的管理订单界面就可以直接取消。
再说还真没那么乱，法国游行是常态。第二天就又弄干净了。我去的时候小巴黎范围内的另一个区（距离我酒店就2-3站地铁）也是罢工闹得烟雾腾腾的，其他区风平浪静。

你如果订了可免费取消的，酒店不退款，是酒店没有契约精神；可是你如果本身订的就是不可取消的，凭什么就因为你年轻、你terrified了，酒店就要不遵守原来的契约，让你随便退款了？

是不是霸王条款要根据你订房时的条款来。预订了不能取消的房间，酒店也正常运行，那么酒店不接受免费取消并没有错。

预订条款怎么写的呢？是否可以免费取消？如果不可以只能与酒店友好协商退款，但是酒店不同意也没有任何违规的。
